Tomorrow afternoon (Saturday July 21st), I will be performing with a wind quintet in the Visitation Centre at Mount Pleasant Cemetery, Toronto. The show will take place for an hour, and begins at 5pm.
These are great concerts…mostly because they are free! But the atmosphere is very light as well (especially considering we are in a cemetery), and is a great way to spend a summer afternoon before headed to dinner.
For those familiar with Wind Quintet repertoire, we will be performing Jacques Ibert’s Trois Pieces Breves, Carl Nielsen Quintet, Eric Ewazen’s Roaring Forks Quintet, Robert Muczynski’s Quintet and Three Sea Shanties by Malcolm Arnold.
Tim Crouch, flute
Tamsin Johnston, oboe
Anthony Thompson, clarinet
Heather MacLean, bassoon
Julie Rochus, french horn
